Certification

I completed my coach training through the  world-renowned Co-Active Coaching Training Institute (CCTI) based in California.

This consisted of five classroom based courses followed by a six month certification programme, culminating in written and practical exams. Curious how much this costs? Well you don't get much change from NZ$26,000 for the fees.

In terms of sales training, I was certified while at IBM to run the Global Sales School Programme.  This had four week long courses and an eight day assessment run over six months. The course covered; the basic of sales, consultative selling, negotiating skills, commercial awareness, presentations skills, and selling to the C-Suite.

Working with Personality Type Assessments

There are hundreds of personailty types assessments some free and some require payment. I have experience of incorporating the results of the following personality types assessments into my coaching:

  • Belbin Team Roles Profiles

  • Myers-Briggs

I also have knowledge of Enneagram and CliftonStrengths (originally known as Strengthsfinder).  These can be valuable in informing your coaching and if you haven't already done such an assessment you can arrange to complete one through the following websites (all required payment), but I suggest you wait until we meet so that we can discuss which one might best suit your situation.
